What is your refund policy?

We want you to be confident with your subscription. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you haven’t actively used premium features. After this period, subscriptions are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime to prevent future charges.

Do you provide invoices?

Yes. Invoices are automatically generated after each payment and sent to your registered email. You can also download past invoices directly from your account under Billing > Invoices.

Which currencies do you support?

Payments are processed in USD, EUR, and GBP by default. Depending on your location, additional local currencies may also be supported at checkout.

How does VAT work?

VAT is applied based on your billing country. If you are a business with a valid VAT number, you can add it during checkout to have VAT reversed. All VAT details are clearly shown on your invoices.
