1. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 16 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. 

• Provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account. 

• We may refuse, suspend, or close accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. 

2. The Services

                  RugbyConnector provides a platform for clubs to post roles and for players/coaches to discover and apply. We are not a recruitment agency  and do not guarantee placements, trials, or outcomes. 

3. User Content & Licenses

• You retain ownership of content you submit (profiles, posts, messages, images, logos). You grant RugbyConnector a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, and distribute your content as necessary to operate, promote, and improve the Services. 

• You represent that you have the rights to the content you submit and that it does not infringe others’ rights. 

• We may remove or disable access to content that violates these Terms or law. 

4. Acceptable Use & Restrictions

                  You agree not to: 

• violate laws or third-party rights; post misleading, fraudulent, defamatory, hateful, or discriminatory content; 

• spam, scam, or use bots/scrapers without written permission; 

• attempt to reverse-engineer, circumvent security, or disrupt the Services; 

• post roles that are illegal, unsafe, or deceptive (e.g., undisclosed fees, fake trials); 

• share others’ personal data without a lawful basis or required notices. 

5. Clubs & Roles

• Clubs must ensure postings are accurate, lawful, and comply with employment and immigration laws. 

• Where compensation or benefits are offered, disclose material terms clearly (e.g., stipend, housing, visas, insurance). 

• Clubs are solely responsible for vetting candidates and for decisions to hire or engage. 

6. Payments, Plans & Taxes

• Pricing and plan details are shown at checkout (e.g., Club Subscription €[365]/year unless otherwise stated). Taxes (e.g., VAT) may apply. 

• Subscriptions auto-renew each billing period unless canceled before renewal through your account or by contacting support. 

• Trials/discounts may be offered; if you don’t cancel before trial end, you will be charged for the selected plan. 

• Refunds: If you are an EU/EEA consumer, you may have a 14day right to withdraw unless you requested immediate service start. For business subscriptions, fees are nonrefundable except where required by law. We may issue goodwill refunds case by case. 

• Chargebacks: Contact us first to resolve billing issues. Unfounded chargebacks may result in suspension. 

7. ThirdParty Services

                  We may link to or integrate thirdparty services. We are not responsible for their content, terms, or policies. 

8. Intellectual Property

                 The Services, including software, designs, and trademarks, are owned by RugbyConnector or its licensors. Except for the rights                                 expressly granted, no license is granted. 

9. Feedback

                If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royaltyfree license to use them without restriction. 

10. Disclaimers

                 The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted or errorfree operation or specific outcomes                             (placements, contracts, etc.). 

11. Limitation of Liability

                 To the maximum extent permitted by law, RugbyConnector is not liable   for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive  damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Services shall not exceed the greater of €100 or the amount you paid to RugbyConnector in the 12 months before the claim. 

12. Indemnity

                 You agree to indemnify and hold RugbyConnector harmless from claims, damages, and costs arising from your use of the Services or your content, except to the extent caused by our breach. 

13. Termination & Suspension

                 We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for violations, risk to users, nonpayment, or legal/regulatory reasons. You may stop using the Services at any time; cancel subscriptions per Section 6. 

14. Governing Law & Disputes

                These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Ireland  except where consumer law requires otherwise. Before litigation, the parties will attempt to resolve disputes informally within 30 days. 

15. Changes to the Services or Terms

                 We may modify the Services or these Terms. If changes are material, we will provide notice. Continued use after the effective date                        constitutes acceptance.
